Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the exclusive and limited-capacity nature of our wellness retreat program, we do not offer refunds once a booking or deposit has been made.

We understand that circumstances can change. If you are unable to attend your scheduled retreat, please contact us as early as possible at chooselifeav@gmail.com — we will do our best to find an alternative date for you.

By completing your booking, you confirm that you are voluntarily participating in the Choose Life A&V wellness retreat program, which includes physical activities such as massage, exercises, wellness consultations, dietary recommendations and daily routine guidance.

You acknowledge that you participate at your own risk and that Choose Life A&V, its owners, and staff are not liable for any health outcomes, injuries, or other consequences arising from your participation. We recommend consulting with your healthcare provider prior to joining the program if you have any medical concerns.
