Secure your spot in the Choose Life A&V wellness retreat program. Select your preferred start date — available on the 1st or 15th of each month.

Each intake is strictly limited to 10 participants to ensure a personal, high-touch experience for every client.

Important: After submitting your waitlist application, full payment for the program must be received within  2 weeks. Failure to complete payment within this period will result in your spot being released to the next applicant.
