What happens after you reserve your place:

1. You place a deposit — this reserves your place on our waitlist
2. We reach out to you — to learn more about you and your journey (you share only what you're comfortable with)
3. You receive an Agreement — outlining the program details, terms, and expectations
4. We discuss all the details together — dates, arrival, travel arrangements, and any personal preferences to make your experience as comfortable as possible
5. We arrange your hotel accommodation — so you can focus entirely on your experience
6. Enjoy daytime tours — explore and discover the city while your days are free
7. Evening sessions — our program meetings take place in the evening, creating a calm and restorative end to each day
8. Balance is paid — via bank transfer before your arrival
